Shipping Policy

  • We understand that when you place an order, you want it as quickly as possible - and we work hard to make that happen.
  • We do direct dispatch only, which means we work closely with our suppliers in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse. We don't have a central distribution centre - but that's what helps keep our overheads down, and more importantly, keeps prices we offer to our customers competitive.
  • Each brand/producer has a minimum delivery and handling fee of $16+GST. If you order from more than one brand/producer, each will have a separate delivery fee - these are determined by the size of the order and the delivery location.
  • No orders will be accepted by phone. All orders must be in writing via fax/email. You can download our order form here, complete it and send to ausia@iinet.net.au.

Delivery Information

  • Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. Delivery is made within 3-10 days (depending on your location).
  • If you have any issues with with your delivery, please first attempt to track your order here.

  • Disclaimer: Our company does not take any liability for goods lost in transit.

When you purchase something and receive an invoice, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to our policies.

 

Return Policy

  • If something isn't right, or if you change your mind, we are happy to offer a return subject to the following.

A.)  Conditions

  • We will not accept returns on garments that have been decorated, ie, embroidery, screen printing;
  • NO refund and exchange on clearance garments.
  • All returns, including samples, must be sent back within 14 days of the invoice date;
  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs unless the returned goods were damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied;
  • Garments must be returned to us as new and in the original supplied packaging and in re-sellable, folded condition, including loose pockets with polo shirts and cardboard accessories with business shirts. If a product’s packaging is opened and not re-packed to its original status, the items cannot be returned for credit or refund. 
  • Upon receiving the returned goods and are approved and checked by us, a credit or refund will be issued against the invoice, minus the shipping/handling fee.
  • If your product is not handled according to the care instructions of the garment, no refund will be issued.
  • Ausia Agencies reserve the right to repair or replace any faulty goods at their discretion. 

B.) Fees

  1. A Restocking fee of $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price (excluding faulty goods) will be required upon return - whichever is the larger amount for any retuned items;
  2. Customers will need to pay for return freight.

C.) Instructions

  1. Please email us at ausia@iinet.net.au with your invoice number to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN);
  2. Goods returned for credit will not be accepted without the relevant Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the outside of the package. 

 

Sample Policy

A) Request for samples

Unfortunately we cannot offer free samples on request. Whilst it would be nice for us to send out goods for samples to all our clients, it's just not feasible - Why?

  • Because we dispatch all goods as new,
  • We are governed by our new garment policy,
  • The administrative costs involved due to those who do not return samples,
  • The administrative costs involved in ordering and dispatching samples,
  • The administrative costs dealing with return authorities and associated paperwork,
  • Restocking fees charged by our suppliers make sampling not a viable option.

B) All samples must be purchased

  • No samples will be dispatched unless they're invoiced and fully paid for.
  • Please note that each brand/producer has minimum delivery and handling fee of  $16.00+GST.

 C) Samples may be returned for decoration if required

  • All samples are sent out as per the listed price plus delivery fee if applicable.

Order Change/Cancellation

  • No change or cancellation of logo orders after production has begun.
  • If a design changes after a sample is produced, then artwork and sample charges will apply on the new design.
  • If goods are incorrectly ordered or an order is cancelled after it has been shipped return freight and a restocking fee will apply.

  • Our Restocking fee is $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price - whichever is the larger amount for any orders cancelled;

  • If a order has been cancelled after is has been packed but prior to dispatch a restocking fee of $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price will apply

 

Payment Methods

  • Ausia Agencies' preferred method of payment is by direct deposit into our nominated account. These details will be included in your invoice.
  • Ausia Agencies accepts credit card payments by Visa or Mastercard with a 2% surcharge.
  • Ausia Agencies also accepts PayPal payments with 3% surcharge.

Free Delivery

  • You'll get free delivery for plain stock (no embroidery or screen printing) on orders equal to or over $1000.00*, as well as free freight to your office located in metro areas of Australian Mainland Capital Cities, expcept Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart.

    *per brand/producer, excluding GST and embroidery or screen printing.
