Samples & Returns
Ausia Agencies is Direct dispatch only - each producer has a minimum delivery and handling fee of $15.00 + gst , please note if you order from more than one producer each will have a delivery fee - these are determined by the size of the order and the delivery location. No orders will be accepted by phone. All Orders must be in writing via fax/email.
Request for samples - ALL SAMPLES MUST BE PURCHASED – no samples will be dispatched unless invoiced and full paid for; All samples are sent out as per the listed price plus our minimum delivery fee of 15.00+GST , however, THIS DELIVERY FEE WILL BE REFUND - if an order of 50+ garments or 50+ t-shirts is placed with Ausia Agencies;
Free delivery - for stock orders over a value of $1000.00 plus* (* per brand, EX. GST and embroidery or screen printing ), free freight to your office located in metro area of Mainland Capital Cities, expcept Adelaide an Darwin.
Return policy - No return available after embroidery or screenpring and clearance items, a restocking fee of $ 15+gst will be charged due to customer error
- All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and must have a return authorisation number(RAN), please email us to ausia@iinet.net.au with your invoice number for RAN. Garments to be returned as new and in original packaging.
- All products must be handled according to the care instructions of the garments and warranty period will be voided and will not apply
- Ausia Agencies reserve the right to repair or replace any faulty goods at their discretion
Order Change / Cancellation - No change or cancellation of logo orders after productions has begun. If a design changes after a sample is produced, then artwork and sample charges will apply on the new design.
